Reshaping perception

Olmsted County, Minnesota | Child & Family Services

Random Ocean joined forces with Wiggen Consulting to support Olmsted County in informing its community about the Child and Family Services (CFS) organization.

Critical aspects of this challenge included demystifying assumptions about how CFS approaches interactions with families, and informing about the breadth of supportive resources available to help parents define and meet the unique needs of their families with self-sustaining autonomy.

This effort demanded the development of a communications plan and engagement strategy, as well as a visual design strategy and communication materials.

My contributions to this project:
