Rethinking I-94 Zine | MN Department of Transportation

Created, in part, to acknowledge and inform about the complex history surrounding the construction of Interstate 94 between St. Paul and Minneapolis, this zine’s overarching goal is to encourage public input on the future of I-94 – specifically with residents whose first language is not English.
